Climvantage Singapore is a free, independent prototype. It sets out estimates of when sea level, heat and heavy rain reach set levels in each of Singapore's 55 URA planning areas, built from public data. It is not produced or endorsed by CCRS, NEA, PUB, URA or any government agency.
Everything here is general information. It is not property, valuation, insurance, legal, engineering or investment advice, and it is not a survey of any building. Figures are area-wide model estimates with real uncertainty; a single block can differ a lot from its area. Check anything that matters to a decision with a qualified professional and with official sources such as PUB, NEA and URA.
The site is provided as it is, without any promise that it is complete, accurate, current or available. Figures may change as data and methods are updated. To the fullest extent the law allows, Climvantage is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site.
The underlying data belongs to its providers and is used under their licences, including the Singapore Open Data Licence v1.0 and Creative Commons licences. Each source is credited on the main page. Address searches are sent to OneMap to find the location; this site does not store them. Visit counts are anonymous and cookie-free.
